Project Brief

Client had decided to rebrand their salon from Bodyworks to Skin&bodyworks, and to expand the business into selling beauty products and services online. Having being recognised with multiple industry awards over the previous 12 months, they now required a brand new, high quality, stylish website to reflect their evolving brand, with a secure ecommerce facility to facilitate sales of their vouchers and large range of beauty products. They also needed high quality photography, graphic design work, and a blog/content marketing program to promote and drive traffic offline to the salon.

Project Brief

Client had been involved in the family catering business for many years and had developed his own cake production business within this company (he had his own page tab on their website). He was now separating out the business to stand on its own, and required a visually appealing and easily navigable brochure website, plus some graphic design work to rebrand this new entity.

What The Client Says…

“Within two hours of chatting to Gearoid he had a graphic designer talking to me about a new logo and branding, which incidentally everyone is still talking about.

When I saw the finished website, it was like Gearoid had seen inside my head and extracted the vision I had. It had colour, class, elegance and was so easy to navigate. After talking to a few of my customers they all commented on how well it looked. But most important to me was how the website adapted to fit the screen of an iPhone or iPad.

I’m glad I chose Gearoid and the Upping Company as I’m so pleased with the end result

Thank you so much”

They required a stylish brochure website, built around the development of the chef/owner brand, which they could update and amend themselves. They also required some high-quality (and slightly quirky/cool) photography to sharpen their image/brand.

Client originally approached us with a view to updating their website, and to put an online marketing program in place in tandem with this. An initial deep discovery session with them changed the focus on this approach as it became apparent that the efficiencies and processes of the business would need to be addressed also, to be able to cope efficiently with the potential increase in business that the new website and marketing program would bring in. A deeper understanding of the niches and marketplaces for the various products within their wide range was also required.
